Members of Norfolk Fire and Rescue worked inside a grain bin putting a rescue tube around a simulated stuck individual.
We hope everyone who attended the NSVFA Annual Conference took the opportunity to visit the Nebraska Firefighters Museum and Education Center.
By the time you read this the 136th NSVFA annual conference will be history and new officers for the 2018-2019 year will be in place.
Greetings First Responders, As I start my last article as your President I want to express how much I appreciate each one of you for all the support you have shown me these past three years.
The Lead Volunteer Fire Department, responded to a reported structure fire in a residential structure, at 10 Parkdale Ave., Lead, SD.
On Oct. 8, 2018 at 3:24 p.m. Pennington and Meade County Fire Departments responded to the 5907 Pine Street Fire in Black Hawk.
The 2018 weather has been trying on everyone across the state.
Just wanted to give everyone a quick update on your 2019 Membership dues invoice and information. It is my plan to have these in the mail to the fire chief about mid November.
