On the June 16, Pierce Fire, along with the Nebraska State Fire Marshal’s Office, held a controlled house training burn outside of Pierce.
On June 7, Norfolk Fire and Rescue was called to a tractor fire southeast of Norfolk late in the afternoon. When the first units arrived on scene they encountered a fully involved tractor.

I sure don’t know what has happened to our “normal” summer, but it seems to have packed its bags and left the country.
