     As I was traveling today for work the miles stretched on and my mind started wandering about some crazy stuff.

     It’s billing time again, and so as I do every year, most of my November article will be related to questions that arise every year when bills are received.

     I hope this last article as your 1^st Vice President finds everyone healthy and safe.

     Horizon to horizon is scorched earth. Stench hangs in the air for miles. Long mounds of smoking ash used to be stored-up hay.
